Returns Refund Policy

At Pawvivee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

 

RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been used with pets may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items that are not caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Items returned without prior return authorization
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

All returns must receive approval before being shipped.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to the reason of item arrived damaged / item is defective / wrong item was received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video when opening your package.

Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue when contacting us.

After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the situation.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
